Shticks and giggles aside, we are a real business and pride ourselves in providing you with a unique, personalized, quality product.   

When you order from us, you will receive a professionally drafted contract that purports to transfer or lease out your soul, depending on the product.  The finalized contract will be delivered to you in either cryptotoken* or .pdf format, depending on your purchase.

*Orders for Token products will be delivered to users on AtomicHub (atomichub.io).  Users will need to create a free Wax wallet to receive the finalized product.  YoursoulNFT currently charges a 5% copyright royalty charge on future transactions of the Token products.  This charge will not apply to gift transactions of the product or your order from our site.

Instructions/The Process

1. After you place your order, our team will put together a customized contract based on your provided information.

2. Within 1-2 business days, a draft of the contract will be e-mailed to you for your signature.   If you don't want us to use your real signature, let us know and we can e-sign whatever name you would like in script.  

If you would like to include a picture with your finalized product, please e-mail it to us with your response to the signature request.

If you do not respond to our request for signature within 30 days, we will assume you have forfeited your order and you will not receive a refund.   

3.  A finalized copy will be delivered to you in 2-3 days.

4.  If you chose to charge a royalty on future transactions of a Token Product, your share of any copyright royalties received will be transferred to the wallet the Token Product was transferred to within thirty days of the end of that fiscal quarter.

IMPORTANT STUFF (because no one reads the Terms and Conditions):

- Please note that we reserve the right to decline orders (with a full refund) for any reason.

- We do not condone the usage of any of our products in connection with any activity that may violate any laws or regulations, or harm any living creature or being.

- Rest assured that none of your information will be released by us to third parties without your express permission.

- Our products are not meant to grant or alter any existing legal rights or responsibilities.  As far as we know, our products are not legally binding in any known jurisdiction.  IN OTHER WORDS, THEY ARE NOT LEGAL CONTRACTS AND IF YOU TRY TO SUE SOMEONE OR ENFORCE AN AGREEMENT BASED ON OUR PRODUCTS, WE ARE NOT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENCES THAT MAY ARISE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCT IN ANY WAY (and our gut feeling is that you will probably lose.  but you should probably consult an attorney licensed to practice law in your jurisdiction to make sure).

- We currently charge a 5% copyright royalty fee on future transactions for all our NFT/Token products. 

- By placing an order with us, you agree to all these terms.
